If you want to exchange a product, return it to us within 14 days. You can repurchase other goods on the webshop. For sizes unavailable online, call or email us to ask if we can obtain the right size. We cannot always guarantee restocking of sold-out products.
Return Policy
You have 14 days to return goods with a full right of return. Items must be unused and returned with original labels and packaging. Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during return, as the return is at your risk.
If you regret your purchase, we will refund your payment in full, including freight costs. You must cover the cost of returning the goods. Refunds are issued promptly, within 14 days of your return notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be made to the payment card used for the original purchase.

Products are available while visible on the website and in stock.
If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you quickly by email. You will not be invoiced, and the order will be canceled automatically without any bank charge.
