REPLACEMENTS
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the product to us within 14 days. You are welcome to repurchase the other goods on the webshop. If you need a size that is no longer available in the webshop, you are welcome to call or write to ask us if and when we can obtain the right size for you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we can always obtain sold-out products.
There is a limited 14 days’ full right of return on all our goods. The goods must be unused, all the original labels and packing must be attached and returned at your own risk, ensuring that the returning packaging is adequate.
If you regret your purchase, we will refund your payment in full, including freight costs while you must pay the cost of returning the goods to us. We refund the sum without delay and in all cases no later than 14 days from the date we are notified that you have regretted your purchase. We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received and examine the returned goods. The payment will be refunded to the payment card used to make the original purchase.
You are always welcome to contact our Customer Service department if you have any complaints concerning a product bought from us or wish to cancel your order. The Customer Service department can be contacted by telephone and e-mail.
If you have a complaint, send full details with the parcel as this accelerates the claims handling process. Always enclose a copy of the invoice/order confirmation note.
AVAILIABILITY
The products are on offer for as long as they are visible on the Website and while stocks last.
When an order is being processed, you will be quickly informed by email if the ordered product is not available. You will not be invoiced for these products and the order will be automatically cancelled and no bank charge will be made.
